Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Hayward, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
- Center Managers can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings
Job Overview:
As a Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. You will also be responsible for staff management, clinic growth, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including patient care, staff management, and financial performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to patients, in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Manage a team of clinicians, support staff, and other personnel, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Facilitate staff training and development, and mentor clinicians, including foreign-trained applicants, to obtain licensure.
- Develop and implement clinic growth strategies, including community outreach and partnership building.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.
- Ensure clinic adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [State] or eligible to obtain a license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
