Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Direct ABA Services: Offer one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support the development of children with Autism, focusing on increasing independence and positive behaviors.

• Collaborate with a Clinical Team: Work alongside a dedicated group of professionals to implement individualized care plans that focus on skill-building and growth.

• Track Progress: Use electronic devices to accurately record session data and monitor each child’s development and progress.

• Create Positive Learning Environments: Build strong relationships with children and their families to foster a supportive, nurturing atmosphere that promotes success.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Passion for learning and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

• A background or interest in psychology or education—whether you’re studying or have studied these fields, you’re a great fit!

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

• Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (we provide this!).

• A 6-month commitment to support our clients and help them succeed.
