About Us: Our client is a large multi-specialty staff model HMO seeking a BC/BE, Endocrinologist to join their Palm Coast & Ormond Beach facilities. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no call. Most facilities offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Extended Hours Care Center, Pain Management, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

Psychiatrist Physician Compensation Package:

• Up to $270,000+ (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• Board-certified in Psychiatrist
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Florida
• Strong clinical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and practice management systems

Responsibilities:

• Psychiatrist for a busy outpatient behavioral health department specializing in a mix of mental health and substance abuse.
• Team based approach, including full scope of support staff with tenured Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, LMHCs, Crisis Intervention team, Intensive Outreach program, and Addiction Services, with Suboxone Clinic.
• Full Time
• Outpatient only
• Limited call
