Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Mindful Care

We are seeking Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to expand access to behavioral health care in your area. Your Qualifications:  

• Completion of a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program  

• Active RN license within the employed state 

• Board certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a PMHNP-BC is necessary—new graduates may apply, but cannot start until licensed. 

• APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state, as approved by the Board of Nurse Examiners 

• Possess an active DEA or have an application underway. We can assist you in obtaining licensure.

• Authorization for prescription practice 

• Solid knowledge of related federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance  

• Exceptional communication and patient/care delivery, along with strong leadership skills 

• Excellent ability to organize, with a team player mindset 

• Eagerness to engage with diverse groups 

• Supporter of LGBTQ+ initiatives 

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous

Position & Schedule Type

• Type: Regular Full Time 4-day, 10-hour shift, (2 days remote, 2 days in office)
• Hours: Set-scheduled is determined during the interview process. Mornings and evening schedules available. 
• Location: Hoboken, NJ | Type: Hybrid

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $135,000 and is based off of years of psychiatric medication prescriptive authority and experience.
