We are recruiting full time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy and medication management. Clinicians will work collaboratively with a health navigator who will assist in patient engagement and logistical support. We strive to streamline everyday tasks for clinicians so that they can focus on delivering clinical care.

Responsibilities:
- Providing therapy and medication management for a diverse set of patients
- Working in a team-based approach with other clinicians and healthcare navigators
- Regular supervision with psychiatrist for first 2 months
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensure in Massachusetts
- Active DEA licensure
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
- Two (2) or more years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Preferred:
- Bilingual
- Commitment to working with diverse populations and diagnoses
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
