iTrust Wellness is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our iTrust Cares team (Elderly Care division of iTrust Wellness Group) in the greater Spartanburg and Greer, SC area. We are a leading provider of comprehensive mental health and cognitive care services in independent and assisted living communities across the Upstate. We are committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients, and we are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate practitioner to join our growing team.
An ideal candidate has an excellent knowledge of pharmacology, a passion for treating the geriatric population, a desire for continued educational opportunities, a passion for choosing the most appropriate medication for clients, and confidence in creating evidence-based treatment plans through a scientific and collaborative approach. We want the best providers on our team to provide patient care.

Compensation
- Salary: $105,000-$115,000 / year
- Travel Stipend: $300 / month
- Reimbursement for Licensure and Certifications
- Company provided subscription to UpToDate
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (in-person appointments at communities)
- 120 Hours of Paid Time Off Each Year
- (5) Paid Holidays
- End-of-Year Paid Holiday Break/Office Closure (Dec. 24-Jan 1)
- No Weekends, certain holidays may require on-call coverage (advanced notice will be provided).

- In-person appointments at the patient's senior living community.
- Communicate and educate community staff and personal representatives (healthcare POAs, guardians, etc) on the patient's status and treatment recommendations.
- Coordinate with primary care and other members of the patient's healthcare team.
- Remote from main headquarters, however occasional travel to office may be required for on-site meetings.
- Neuroscience Educational Institute (NEI) Global Membership covered.
- Full administrative support with scheduling appointments and appointment billing.
- Full administrative support for credentialing and state licensing.
- All technology/equipment provided as well as tech support.
