• Located 45 minutes NE of Rockford, IL
• Must be Board-Certified PMHNP
• Seeking candidates with over 1 year of PMHNP experience
• Full-time 30-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• On-call - Limited, emergencies
• No inpatient duties
• Duties include evaluations, diagnosis, medicine management, follow-ups, etc.
