SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for development and oversight of projects as directed by the Vice President of Provider Services. The manager will ensure projects are aligned with the stated goals. The manager will meet with community partners, ensure delivery of programs and serve as a liaison within the community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the administration of projects designated by the Vice President of Provider Services
- In collaboration with others, develop program goals and interprets program effectiveness.
- Assist to ensure that activities operate consistently.
- Ensure delivery initiatives supporting early care and education with a focus on community collaboratives.
- Oversee the tracking and reporting of progress and outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to internal and external groups.
- Provides oversight to the coordination of community collaboratives, ability to supervise.
- Support all required Federal, State, and local mandates related to Provider Services.
- Represent Provider Services by participation in meetings and committees as designated.
- Oversee the execution of designated projects included in those funded by grants, working closely as required with the program department directors.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans related to community collaboratives and related provider projects.
- Support Vice President with administrative functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carries out general management supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- This position requires successful completion of the level 2 background screening standards as set forth in 435.04, F.S. and drug screening as the Coalition is a drug-free workplace.
- Valid Florida driver's license is required, a good driving record and automobile insurance, as required by the Early Learning Coalition driver safety policy.
- Daily attendance on time and as scheduled is required with the ability to work nights and weekend hours when required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Public or Non-Profit Administration, project management or communications or related field is, required.
- Three years of experience or training in early care and education or related field.
- Three years of management experience, including projects and/or supervision and/or related training.
- Knowledge of child resource & referral community or early childhood development field.
- Experience in project management a plus.
- High proficiency with common software and on-line applications is required, tech savvy overall with experience working offsite with portable equipment.
- Must be social media savvy, with ability to be on ELCPBC social media communicating services and mission.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Candidate must have a secure home/work location and ability to report to an office location.
- Requires consistent access to high speed internet, internet speeds must meet a speed test minimum of 30 Mb/Sec download and 10 Mb/Sec upload when working in a secure home location.
- The candidate will have an advanced experience using outlook in an Exchange environment, tech savvy over all, experience using Box/Dropbox, IOS, Windows MS Office, and experience working offsite setting up and using laptops and monitors, with ability to trouble shoot connection and basic laptop and internet issues.
TRAVEL:
This position may require 50% or less local daily travel in Palm Beach County, FL area to attend meetings, trainings, partner meetings, and other required duties and provide own reliable transportation. The position is community based with services being provided directly in local communities.
