Responsibilities

Federal Proposal Expertise: Demonstrate 8-10+ years of experience managing proposals for federal projects, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions.

Lead Proposal Development: Guide and lead the team through all volumes of proposal submission documents.

Facilitate Team Participation: Engage technical and broader teams early on to craft differentiated solutions and enhance proposal content.

Review and Improve Proposals: Validate compliance matrices, conduct reviews, offer concrete recommendations for enhancements, and ensure better presentation of graphics.

Develop Writing Templates: Create templates with placeholders for graphics, focus boxes, and strengths aligned with proposal sections, ensuring cohesive themes.

Mentorship and Training: Lead by example, train teams in APMP methods, and support the development of winning proposal strategies.

Deadline Management: Thrive in deadline-driven environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

Articulate Writing: Showcase articulate written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
