In our group, we build tailored quotations and proposals for Power Transformer Service and Installations for customers throughout the U.S. who need Energy for Substations, Data Centers, Green Energy, and Power Plants to name a few. We work with several units within our organization (Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Field Service) to deliver world class service to our clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- RISK! Our job is to provide the best possible service and the best possible cost to our customers but only after we’ve examined all the possible risk.
- Reading and Responding to Customer RFQ’s and RFP’s
- Determining the manpower and tooling required to complete Power Transformer installations
- Working with internal teams who coordinate the sale of the transformer, the logistics (moving the transformer from the factory to the jobsite), the PM team who provides 1:1 service to the customer, the Proposals Team who builds the final bid documents, and our team, who provides the installation.
- Responsibilities include preparation and delivery of technical scope for planned inspections.
- There might be 1-2 travels to the jobsite per year, where you will talk about the planned and/or performed maintenance that will be/has been performed by our Field Service Engineers.
What You Bring
- You have a technical background relevant for the Service Team. It can be a technical degree (ex. Bachelor or Master in Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Finance, Construction, or Design) or experience in a comparable position that easily translates into success.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Industry Automation is a plus
- Previous experience with Transformers is a plus
- You are eager to learn and engage in supporting your coworkers with your newfound knowledge.
- Interest in process improvement is a benefit, as this is something we work with daily
- Communication - we work closely with internal stakeholders, global teams, and our customers. It is important that you have excellent verbal and written communication in addition to excellent follow through.
- Comfortable with working in several different systems (Salesforce, Excel, Jira, etc.).
