1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Manager in the finance industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
5. Experience with personal property tax and tax planning.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. High level of proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
11. Strong project management and organizational skills.
12. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
