Property Manager - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is excited to be partnering with a Portland based Property Management company with almost 800 units across 4 complexes and 2 retail centers. They are actively searching to add a dynamic Property Manager and people leader to one of their complexes in the Portland/Tigard Area.

About the Role:

• Works in alignment with Commerce's values-based culture.
• Coaches and develops the site staff to work productively by reinforcing positive behavior, identifying and developing areas for improvement and setting a good example.
• Trains leasing consultants and evaluates leasing performance to ensure effective leasing.
• Ensures the community is maintained to Commerce's standards. Quickly resolves safety and aesthetic issues.
• Builds positive resident relations and resolves conflict calmly while upholding company policies.
• Accurately administers resident accounts. Processes accounts payable in a timely fashion.

What You'll Be doing:

• Utilizes effective time management and task prioritization systems for self and team.
• Manages property in compliance with Fair Housing laws and Oregon Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Evaluates property financial performance by understanding both P&L and budget variance reports.
