We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management for our diverse portfolio of properties. This includes managing all operations, financial activities, and tenant relations. The successful candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operations of the property, ensuring that all processes and procedures are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring that all financial objectives are met.
- Oversee lease administration, ensuring that all leases are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Maintain positive tenant relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all tenant inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that all property repairs and improvements are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition of the property and identify any necessary repairs or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on operations management, budget management, lease administration, tenant relations, real estate transactions, and customer service.
- California Real Estate license required
- Residential property management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate leases and other real estate transactions effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
