We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will manage the financial, administrative, and physical operations of these properties, delivering high-quality property management services and building strong relationships with residents.
This role involves responsibility for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and oversight of various federal and state housing programs, including HOME, Affordable Housing Program (AHP), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), Lead Program, and Housing Bond Funds. A solid understanding of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and other federal assistance programs, is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of properties within your portfolio.
- Manage financial and administrative operations for each property.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing program requirements.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with residents and foster a sense of community.
- Address inquiries regarding rental subsidies and/or public assistance.
- Monitor and comply with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in residential property management, with a focus on low-income housing.
- LIHTC recertification experience is required.
- Certifications in Advanced Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Fair Housing Compliance, and SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS.
