Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days per week with live-in requirements 1-2 nights per week. Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed based on family’s needs, especially occasional weekends.

Job Description:
A private family is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of their residences in Kings Point and New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties, staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the family’s properties, ensuring all facilities and systems are functioning properly.
- Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, housemen, and other support personnel, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Develop and manage property budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing and payments.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance activities, such as HVAC servicing, landscaping, and pool care.
- Ensure the security and safety of all properties, including managing security systems and protocols.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of household supplies.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for family gatherings or social events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property-related activities.
- Provide ad-hoc support and assistance with any other household or property-related needs as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a high-end residential or private family setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple properties and handling complex maintenance and repair issues.
- Familiarity with high-end home systems and technology, including smart home devices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to travel between Kings Point and NYC and adjust to changing schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required..
- Valid US work authorization
