Job Title: Property Manager

Under the supervision of the Property Supervisor and directional support of the Director of Property Management, the Property Manager is responsible for managing their assigned site to ensure effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property.
• Manage budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Foster positive tenant relations and community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
