About the Job
Rosenbaum Realty Group is looking to hire a Property Manager who will be focused on renewing leases with current tenants & also leasing out the vacant units or upcoming available units for single-family home properties and apartments. In addition, you will oversee a marketing person to provide insight and editing to content to look and sound good!
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR AZ REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED.
This position is full-time and is in an office role only and hours are Monday - Friday 8 - 5 with a competitive salary base and commission on top.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
1) An Active AZ RE License. To do single-family home leasing in Arizona, you must hold an active license.
2) A minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience in single-family homes
3) Ability to build great trusting relationships with all types of people and can close!
4. Experience in Canva is desirable and the ability to make our marketing content shine!

About Us:
At Rosenbaum Realty Group we are passionate about real estate and providing our customer with five-star service (that's from our Google reviews)! We specialize in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, and surrounding cities. We manage all aspects of property management and provide the highest level of customer service for both landlords and tenants. We know each tenant by name and are readily available to attend to our tenants' needs.

At least every quarter, but we strive every month to close the office for a couple of hours & do something fun as a team or volunteer to help serve at a food bank like "Midwest Food Bank" or "Feed my starving children" followed by lunch.
Job Duties:
- Full-time residential property manager position is available in a growing property management company.
- This position primarily involves all steps of leasing out available, upcoming, or vacant units to new residents. Other job duties include renewing leases with existing residents.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills required.
- Qualified candidates must be self-starters, positive, driven, proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, work well unsupervised, have basic computer skills, and be available full-time min 40 hrs a week
