100% housing included if the Manager wishes to live onsite.
Onesite and Knock experience preferred.
Looking for a Manager that has experience with increasing occupancy. Strong Marketing skillset with knowledge of the market.

Job Description
The Community Manager will handle the day-to-day operations of the property to include: managing the team members, residents and marketing to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team to oversee the property functions and make sure the Maintenance, bookkeeping and Leasing runs effectively
- Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing and evaluating financial statements, reviewing current and projected marketing information.
- Prepares and reviews monthly financial status reports.
- Invoice approvals from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased, ensuring validity of certificates of insurance, coding charges and managing communications between vendors.
- Handling of lease renewals, applications, concessions and evictions.
- Acknowledges/has knowledge of current market and economic trends that may impact the property's short- and long-term goals
- Maintains resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner. Takes action to resolve and address service issues.
- Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests.
- Conducts regular property inspections and takes appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall curb appearance.
- Supervises staff and may be asked to interview, onboard and train new employees.
Requirements
Qualifications
- HS Graduate; preferred Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
