As a Full-Time Property Manager at EDEN Inc, you will engage in a dynamic and varied daily routine. Expect to conduct regular property inspections, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. You'll manage resident inquiries and concerns, fostering strong relationships to promote a customer-centric environment.
Your day will include coordinating maintenance requests, managing vendor relations, and overseeing lease agreements. You'll also be responsible for implementing community programs and events that enhance resident involvement. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities to address urgent matters as they arise.
This role provides the chance to apply your problem-solving skills while nurturing a thriving community. Your proactive approach will play a vital role in creating a positive living experience for all residents.
What matters most
To excel as a Full-Time Property Manager at EDEN Inc, you will need a strong foundation in property management principles and exceptional interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. A valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less, an operable vehicle, and proof of insurance are essential for this role. Experience in the nonprofit or social services sectors is highly valued, as is prior property management experience.
Your ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues is crucial; proficiency in multiple languages will be considered a significant asset. Familiarity with property management software and tools will aid in your daily tasks, enhancing your efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining a harmonious living environment. Your problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset are key to making a meaningful impact in the community.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- A Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience are preferred.
- Also required is a valid OH driver's license with 4 points or less
- Operable vehicle and proof of insurance
- Previous experience in a non-profit
- Social social-services related field or property management as well as the ability to communicate in multiple languages are preferred.
