Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cincinnati apartment portfolio. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can manage a property while ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure profitability across all properties.
• Oversee leasing activities to ensure high occupancy rates, including implementing marketing strategies.
• Supervise and mentor onsite staff, including maintenance and assistant property managers.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align property performance with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Preferred 3 years in property management or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification preferred.
• Software: Proficiency in property management software (Rent Manager) preferred.
