DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, professional Property Manager for our residential property, The Regal Apartments. The ideal individual for this position would be someone who is well-organized and professional with strong leadership, sales, marketing and financial skills. Pay rate: $28/hour, plus quarterly bonus potential and commissionsBenefits:

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of market rate experience of a residential community
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- The ability to assist with training and development of the team
- A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with proficiency in English
- Timely submission of required reports, data entry and processing of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Directing the work of supporting maintenance and leasing employees
- Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
- Familiarity with budgets and financial and occupancy reports
- Knowledge of and willingness to follow all fair housing law
- Professional-level computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Yardi Voyager and CRM experience is a plus
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Foster harmony in the workplace and promote a positive image of the company
- Any other tasks as directed by the Vice President of Operations
- Willingness to perform all duties in a manner that is:
