Navarino Property Management is seeking an experienced General Property Manager to join our growing company and work at our residential property.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the overall financial and operational performance of the property
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
- Responsible for achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team.
- Recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts alongside the General Maintenance Manager and Regional Maintenance Director.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards.
- Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
- Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Rent Manager software experience is a plus. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
