Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Promote teamwork, professional development, and a customer-centric approach among the property management staff.
- Take charge of managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the residential community.
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving for resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents.
- Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular financial analyses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals, taking appropriate actions to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry, with 3 years of experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing and sales targets.
- Solid understanding of property management principles, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
