Oakridge Premier Property Management, a property management firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented sales manager, who loves getting things done. This person must have a willingness to work hard and want to be part of a fast-paced, growing, and friendly team. Experience is required. We are a family-oriented and client service based company located in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales
  • Property Management
    1. Marketing for new properties to onboard for our property management team to manage. Methods include:
       1. Purchased leads
       2. Networking Marketing
       3. LinkedIn Marketing
       4. Seminars
       5. Webinars
    2. Negotiate contracts with owners

• Maintain relationships with owners
• Maintain client relationship management (CRM) database

• Investors
  1. Marketing for new investors for the purchase of our unique rental property investment portfolio offering. Methods include:
     1. Investment clubs
     2. Networking Marketing
     3. LinkedIn Marketing
     4. Seminars
     5. Webinars
  2. Propose and sell services to new investors

• Onboard new investors

1. Direct communication with investors
2. Tracking of sales metrics
3. Maintain client relationship management (CRM) database

• Operations
  • Creation of processes and procedures manual
  • Track KPIs weekly and submit to manager
  • Meet weekly with manager to go over sales trackers
  • Support day-to-day operations
  • Provide input to improve our processes

Job Requirements

• 5 Years industry experience
• Sales background with completed training
• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Marketing experience to find new properties
• Investment property experience in buying and selling
• Property management experience
• Experience with property renovation
• Three (3) professional references
• Valid driver's license & own reliable transportation a must
• Dress Code: Business professional
• Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Pay and Benefits

• 1099 Contractor
• Base Salary + Commission $40k-$125k
• Bonuses paid on onboarded properties and investors
