DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Serve as the recognized authority and spokesperson for all communication on Athletes in Action Campus, and present the AIA ministry purpose to all campus tenants as well as potential property residents
- Oversee Receptionist/Childcare functions and staff.
- Administer and maintain the policies for all occupancy permits, building keys, parking
- Manage Facility Procedures
- Participate in the Risk Working Group to create and maintain security and safety
- Serve as the liaison between campus tenants, SCRC and GCO to implement and manage all new contracts and changes to existing contracts, agreements and other legal issues
- Act as landlord for all on-site apartment tenants
- Utilize a computer to enter data, prepare reports, and prepare correspondence or other purposes.
- Compose correspondence; report information in person or by telephone where judgment, knowledge and interpretation of policies and regulations may be necessary
- Communicate with Ministry and outside sources to resolve problems, schedule meetings, provide or receive information, schedule maintenance and repair of equipment
- Manage details for Executive Leadership Council meetings
- Serve as Administrative assistant to COO

Required Experience:
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in business or related field
3-5 years experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
