*Position summary
We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to work in our corporate office in Tustin, CA. This person will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organized and be able to manage many different tasks at any given time, while maintaining integrity and accountability in their work.

*Position Performance Objectives
- Be able to understand and interpret residency documents, civil codes and other landlord tenant laws to ensure accuracy and compliance with current laws and business practices.
- Accurately prepare and track various violation, collection, and legal notices.
- Address service tickets and work orders.
- Interface with residents, vendors, community managers, and regional property managers.
- Assist in enforcing policies and procedures.
- Draft correspondence to various parties on behalf of the company and our clients.
- Review reports, identify, and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with property inspection follow up.
- Assist with other property management tasks.

*Physical Requirements
- Able to work at the corporate office in front of a computer screen/typing approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Able to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 pounds.
- Able to perform simple and power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
*Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience and/or in a legal office
- Understanding of landlord-tenant law, leases and evictions preferred
- Strong writing skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite and ability to learn new programs

Hourly Range: $26.44 - $31.25
