Our client, a small real estate office in Longmont, is seeking a dedicated Property Management Assistant to join their close-knit team!
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and AppFolio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse groups of people.
- Proactive approach to management and problem-solving.
- Prior knowledge of real estate, property management, and bookkeeping is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required (properties located along Northern Front Range).
- Willingness to drive in inclement weather when necessary.
- Familiarity with A/P and A/R is a bonus.
