A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their Property and Casualty Insurance group in Orlando. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, handling complex litigation cases in a thriving area of law.

Candidate Profile

• Education: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission: Active Florida Bar license.
• Experience:
  • 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on civil litigation in state court.
  • Preferred: Experience in first-party insurance and bad faith insurance litigation, including federal court practice.
• Skills:
  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property and casualty insurance litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in state and federal court, particularly in first-party and bad faith insurance matters.
• Provide strategic advice on complex insurance litigation issues.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.
