- Evaluate client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies, including home, auto, and business insurance.
- Clearly present and explain policy details, benefits, and coverage to clients.
- Support clients with renewals, endorsements, and the claims process.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
