Pridestaff Financial has partnered with a fast-growing property management company in Uptown!
Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Property Accounting Administrator. This is a direct hire position that offers competitive earning potential and long-term career growth.
This role will handle both accounting and administrative tasks for a portfolio of retail, residential and vacation rental properties.
Must be present onsite Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00 pm , with the willingness to move throughout the buildings, ensuring effective communication with tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Assist with accounting for assigned properties, including rent/payment posting, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare accurate financial reports when needed.
- Track and manage budgets for assigned properties.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate and send invoices to tenants.
- Liaise with tenants and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Assist with preparing annual budgets in Yardi
- Manage lease agreements, including processing applications, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant concerns and ensure timely repairs.
- Prepare and distribute regular property reports to management.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
- Assist with marketing and advertising vacant units.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle Yardi Facility Manager to run work tickets
- Manage parking/access card program
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT), working knowledge of Yardi/MRI
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field preferred.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
