Property Accountant

Compensation is 110-130k

• Complete and review month-end closing, reconciliation, and monthly financial statements

• Lead and supervise payments to vendors & employee expenses

• Review and generate budget variance reports and budget forecasts.

• Prepare workpapers for prepaid expense, accruals, and other supporting calculations.

• Assist with year-end activities and coordinate with auditors
