Job Details
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager 7S in General Ledger is a must!
- General Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries (a must) and MS Excel.
- Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements (bank reconciliation, income statement, TB, cash flow, actual vs budget, etc.)
