It currently owns and manages over 25 million square feet of property totaling $3 billion in net asset value across 24 states. Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
Essential Functions:
· Manage, analyze and audit all aspects of the general ledger to ensure accuracy of transactions.
· Prepare and post journal entries, perform reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financials.
· Perform monthly GL close and financial statement review. Includes preparation and review of accruals, prepaids, and variance analysis.
· Prepare and assist with annual budget process and monthly cash projections.
· Maintain lender reserve and escrow accounts. Includes monthly recs and preparation of draw requests.
· Produce financial reports and other related schedules to fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
· Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
· Extreme ownership of financials, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Support property acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
· Assist with external audits, tax preparation, and providing year-end workpapers and packages.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, Yardi preferred.
· Proven organizational skills with ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects/deadlines.
· Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, as well as part of a team.
· Great communicator, written and oral, with both coworkers, investors, and third party.
· Argus and Juniper Square software knowledge a plus.

- 1 + years experience within Accounting
- Real Estate/ Property accounting experience highly desirable
