Are you a seasoned project leader with expertise in managing natural gas construction projects? We're looking for a Project Team Lead to oversee and drive multiple projects to completion, ensuring they stay on scope, budget, and schedule. You'll play a pivotal role in working across departments to deliver key objectives, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to large-scale natural gas construction projects.
• Ensure project plans and processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence stakeholders and teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, including budgets, scope, and risk.
• Oversee project schedules, report status, and resolve barriers.
• Mentor project management staff and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of career experience, with 5+ years in project management (utilities or infrastructure).
• PMP or Business Process certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, PowerBI, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in the natural gas industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
