About the Job
Our Washington DC client has been a fixture of the highly specialized US Supreme Court and federal appellate court legal community for decades, printing legal briefs for landmark cases such as Roe V. Wade and Bush V Gore. They are looking for a Project Support/Customer Service Associate to serve as the “overflow valve” in the office. Whether it’s providing admin/exec support, typesetting assistance, answering phones or packaging briefs this position plays a vital role in a small office environment.
This position can be filled in either a full-time or part-time capacity.

- Interacting with customers at the retail counter.
- Adding jobs to the printing schedule.
- Production support, packaging briefs.
- Answering phones.
- Admin/exec support.
- Typesetting assistance.
Qualifications:
- Customer support in an office environment.
- Demonstrated initiative.
Compensation: $20-21/hr, Benefits, IRA.
