Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Supervisor at Kistler & Knapp Builders in Acton, MA. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Construction Supervision
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with residential construction projects
• Basic computer skills – email, word, excel
• Procore experince is not required, but is a plus
• Attention to detail and quality
• Valid MA Builders license
• Valid MA Drivers license
