Project Superintendent - McShane Construction Company

Multi-family We are seeking an experienced construction Project Superintendent with a proven history in successfully delivering multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, and hospitality projects. This role is crucial for ensuring project success.

Responsibilities:

• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, and landscaping plans for buildability and conflicts.
• Confirm material and subcontractor specifications while identifying document conflicts.
• Manage the jobsite, including organization of trailers, signage, and material staging.
• Implement safety measures in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain positive client relationships and focus on critical path scheduling.
• Conduct project inspections addressing owner concerns.
• Monitor labor productivity and budget deviations.
• Oversee quality assurance and coordinate project layouts.
• Manage punchlist completion for certificate of occupancy.

Requirements:

• Design/build experience preferred; carpentry and concrete skills a plus.
• College education is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and local market.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of timely project delivery.
• Effective communication skills and ability to foster client relationships.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office 365.
