They're currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team and be apart of or lead high-rise construction projects to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
