Project Superintendent - Brewer Global

Summary

We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Prepare and submit project reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Utilize project management software to track project progress and manage documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential construction.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel.
