Your Role as a Project Structural Engineer

• Conduct and review structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare clear and detailed technical reports for project stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy in project design and drafting and oversee reviews for efficiency and compliance
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians
• Perform field observations, respond to RFIs, and review submittals during construction

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 5-10+ years of structural engineering experience, including concrete and steel design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and industry standards/codes
