Project Structural Engineer - Impact Recruitment

Impact Recruitment is looking for a talented, motivated, and technically driven Project Structural Engineer interested in joining a consulting Structural Engineering firm specializing in building structures and bridges in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

Responsibilities of this role:

• 
  Will work on a mixture of small, medium, and large-scale projects, performing analysis and design at the direction of senior staff.
  
• 
  Typical duties will include analysis and design of traditional and progressive structural systems, preparation of reports, technical specifications, and construction documents, site visits, and construction administration.
  
• 
  Travel along the eastern seaboard and the central United States may be required.
  

Who we are looking for:

• 
  BS or MS degree from an ABET-accredited university in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
  
• 
  0-4 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting environment.
  
• 
  Familiarity with structural software, including the RISA, Tekla, Bluebeam, and other specialty software, and in Revit (BIM software).
  
• 
  Engineer-in-Training Certification or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  
• 
  Motivation and ability to obtain Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) License.
