Compensation

Responsibilities
• Represent East Coast Elite Project Solutions LLC professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry.
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills.
• Perform roof inspections (drones can be used if a roof is too steep).
• Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events.
• Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, and properly contract jobs.
• Daily responsibilities vary based on the role – from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills. • Positive, engaging, and passionate about what you do.
• Outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial spirit. • Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven.
• Must have reliable transportation. • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/videos during home inspections.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
