The Project Specialist (Contractor) creates and executes multi-channel recruitment marketing tactics that attract, engage, and retain a diverse talent pool. Examples include coordinating a high volume of recruitment events, graphics and collateral creation, social media marketing, talent community engagement, and internal newsletter creation and distribution.

- Coordinate Stride's participation in recruitment events (both virtual and in-person)
- Order and maintain event swag
- Develop recruitment collateral and social media kit
- Create and execute engaging social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) that promote the company's culture, employee experiences, career opportunities and events calendar
- Utilize storytelling to craft and execute engaging content for internal and external newsletters
- Special projects, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, marketing or a related field AND 2 years of experience including digital marketing, communications, and project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with creativity, independence, and high standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to clear required background check

- This is a home-based position. This position is open to residents of, and may be performed remotely from Washington, D.C., and from any state.

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
- We anticipate this position will pay $30.50 - $48.81 per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Randstad offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
- This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states and D.C.
