Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for the Nuclear Projects organizations. Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools. Assist various project managers in developing schedules for on-line, outage projects and life-cycle schedules. The purpose of this position is to deliver a timely, coherent, comprehensive, and accurate set of schedules for assigned projects.
Project Scheduler:
Principal Accountabilities:
• Develop detailed schedule development for assigned projects to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance and properly manage risk in a manner consistent with station procedures, processes, and goals.
• Assist in the upkeep of lifecycle project schedules
• Maintain schedule integrity.
• Develop and implement scheduling methodology based on industry best practice.
• Support the Biennial refueling outage for project scheduling.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 5 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management: OR,
Associates degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 7 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management: OR,
High school diploma or GED and 9 years of nuclear power generation experience in a journey level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.
Required Abilities & Skills:
• Primavera 106 Training Certification (or equivalent), Passport to Primavera scheduling program interface, understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program, risk management processes and Crystal report writing, or similar SQL based query reports are desired skills.
• Good knowledge of work control processes and procedures, knowledgeable on effects of isolating, testing, and restoring plant systems and equipment.
• Experience with Passport or similar Work Management software programs and interfaces with scheduling systems.
• The incumbent must have the ability to understand and apply and model the Core Values (Teamwork, Excellence, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Trust through open and honest communication).
Senior Project Scheduler:
Principal Accountabilities:
Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for the Nuclear or Engineering Projects organizations.
Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.
Assist various project managers in developing schedules for on-line, outage projects and life-cycle schedules, including Enterprise Risk projects.
This includes development of detailed plans/schedules, resolving conflicts with schedule adherence and the development of out-year schedules for various size projects.
The purpose of this position is to deliver a timely, coherent, comprehensive and accurate set of schedules to the site for daily, on-line and outage work periods.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 8 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management: OR,
Associates degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 10 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management: OR,

• PMP certification.
