Project Scheduler - Alpine Solutions Group

Location: Hollywood, FL (right by the Ft Lauderdale airport)

Pay rate: $110K - $115K + bonus + 401K Match + Excellent Benefits

Position Summary

• Assist in tracking delivery, scheduling, change orders, and purchase orders
• Interacts regularly with executive team as well as Superintendents and Project Managers on job sites
• Works directly with Project Managers and subcontractors (Electrical, Mechanical, etc)
• Monitors construction activities, productivities, and create daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in EPC Industry and full life-cyle construction

Job Description :

The Project Scheduler will be required to work on site, at minimum, 3 days a week at Corporate in Ft. Lauderdale. You will be in a highly visible role and often interact with those at the executive level. The main focus of your day to day is to ensure the schedule for deliveries and trades are moving forward as planned and that there are no delays. Much of your day-to-day interaction will be with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job site. If and when an issue was to arise you need to be quick thinking, over communicative and be able to problem solve. You will need to inform executive leadership with proactive updates and present solutions to minimize delays. Any job or order that falls under the set schedule and upcoming deadlines will be your responsibility to work with the proper internal teams to resolve and get back on track
