Job Title: Commercial Service Agreement Sales
Pay Scale: Salary + Commission (See Sales Agreement)
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:30 pm, Monday though Friday, some weeknights and weekends
Primary Job Function: To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities thereby obtaining commercial service agreement sales that are competitive and profitable. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.
Reports to: Owner / Service Manager
Required Qualifications:
•Two years of B2B sales experience
•Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
•Computer skills
•Ability to multi-task
•Organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects
•Two to five years of proven sales experience.
•Time and activity management skills.
•Valid driver's license.
