What you can look forward to as Project Quality Engineer:
The Project Quality Planning Engineer ensures the successful execution of quality planning for new products by driving compliance with processes like GDPEP and APQP to achieve safe launches, meet quality KPIs, and secure customer satisfaction. This role involves managing quality strategies, risk mitigation, APQP/PPAP completion, and fostering a strong quality mindset within cross-functional teams.
What you can look forward to as Project Quality Engineer:
+ Drive and manage Quality Planning for new products acc. to GDPEP and CVS-PEP (focus HW Design) process in order to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction.
+ Ensure quality approval for product releases.
+ Drive strong Quality Mindset in the project execution and R&D teams.
+ Drive and manage Project Quality Strategy and the Supporting Quality Team (SQT).
+ Drive and manage the understanding of Customer requirements related to quality project/planning.
+ Drive and manage projects/programs GDPEP/APQP quality deliverables.
+ Drive and manage projects to be with status green (quality/on-time) but highlight associated risks in the current phase of the project and if projects turn into "red" (acc. to gate compliance).
+ Drive and manage completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval in time.
+ Drive and manage mitigation and quality escalation/actions for identified risks and opportunities.
+ Drive and manage quality planning activities to ensure SOP readiness and safe launch.
+ Drive and manage the identification of lessons learned (within PL and in the divisional network team). Promote rigor track to closure execution in the project routines.
+ Providing functional excellence for problem resolution/ RCA for non-conformities and critical issues impacting the customer or putting the project at risk;
Your profile as Project Quality Engineer:
+ 5+ years of Quality experience
+ APQP knowledge
+ Project Management knowledge
+ Strong problem resolution competence
+ Excellent analytical and decision making skills
+ Strong communication and influence skills in cross functional/cross regional teams and with key stakeholders
+ Conflict management skills
+ Core quality tools knowledge
+ Knowledge of Quality and Automotive standards
+ aSPICE experience and knowledge of CSR (preferred)
