Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project/Program Manager V to lead our Fundamentum Data Handling Team (FDH) for the next 11 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assignment of work for Risk Investigators (RIs), tracking their operational and productivity metrics, and ensuring the smooth operation of the FDH’s four key work-streams. This role is pivotal in establishing effective program management mechanisms and preparing for a seamless transition to a fractional program manager post-contract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the assignment and tracking of operational and productivity metrics for RIs.
• Manage status reporting for various projects/products within FDH and provide overall program updates.
• Maintain regular communication with compliance authorities and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Engage in comprehensive program management, including stakeholder management, organizing meetings, and following up on action items.
• Develop and maintain the program plan/roadmap, RACI matrix, and stakeholder involvement plan.
• Implement best practices and mechanisms for managing FDH and its work-streams: Project Green, Project Orange, Project Purple, and Highland.
• Prepare and present status reports, including semi-annual Monitoring Trustee (MT) reports.
• Facilitate status meetings and daily briefings, dedicating over 7 hours per week.
• Act as the point of contact for dataset tagging ticket escalation and manage related operational activities.
• Create and update documentation on Wiki, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project pages.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly Flash reports.
• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or data management environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with program management tools and methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple work-streams.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and follow up on action items effectively.
• Technical proficiency, with hands-on experience in SQL queries and database management preferred.
• Ticket-based operational experience, with a focus on dataset tagging and escalation processes.
• Ability to produce detailed documentation, such as SOPs, project pages, and status reports.
• Capability to work independently and take on tasks personally when required.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), Digital Markets Act (DMA), Data Privacy/Security principles, and practices.
• Experience in compliance and regulatory reporting, particularly within the EU & UK regions.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
• Experience with data handling teams and familiarity with Fundamentum Data Handling (FDH) processes.
• Analytical skills to track productivity metrics and operational activities.
• Experience in developing tools for program management and monitoring purposes.
• Comfortable working with legal teams and understanding legal terminologies.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify and address potential blockers.

Candidate Requirements:

· Prefer to have SQL Query knowledge
· Experience working in ambiguity
· PII, DMA, Data Privacy/Security knowledge highly preferred
· Understanding of ticket-based operations
· Ticket triage knowledge a plus
· Looking for a PPM that can manage but also be able to step in and do the work themselves
