**Looking for someone with a product owner mindset that thinks about how to take care of Underwriters. A product owner type skillset that can also help implement**
Organized, reliable and proactive Project Manager with 3-6 years of experience
- Must have - Insurance industry experience, rollout of software projects (not technical, rather software implementation on a business side), Project governance (knowledge of Waterfall framework, ability to maintain key project documentation)
- Basic understanding of the underwriting process
- Required - MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Nice to have – knowledge of UW Workbench, PAS systems, Guidewire, etc.
Position Overview: The Implementation Lead for the Insurance Workbench will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of a workflow tool designed to support Underwriting processes across the Americas Business Unit. This role requires a blend of technical/agile acumen, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the tool is effectively integrated into our business processes and adopted by users.
