The SCHIE Executive Office (CXO) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support org. Budget management process and drive process improvement and operational efficiencies across the org. The Program Manager role requires someone who has a strategic, business mindset and a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors and support staff.

Candidate Requirements
" Years of Experience Required 5 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or product/program management with track record of increasing scope of roles and responsibilities
" Degrees or certifications required Bachelor s degree business, finance, engineering, operations, or equivalent experience.
" Disqualifiers - No experience working directly with hardware and software engineers and a proven expertise in finance and operations management, organizational skills, trainable and an ability to execute in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
" Best vs. Average engineering background //Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment/ Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to create and deliver executive friendly communications on complex solutions/ Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels/ proactive

Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
" Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
" Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
" Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
" Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
" Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
" Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Skills:
" Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
" Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
